Day 1
Jungle Trek, Waterfall Swimming and Bamboo Cooking
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from Khao Sok Paradise Resort, followed by a transfer to the starting point of your jungle trek.
Accompanied by your local guide, set off along forest trails beneath the dense canopy. Discover giant trees, plants and the ecosystems that make Khao Sok so special. Along the way, your guide will share insights into the rainforest’s wildlife, medicinal plants and traditional uses of the forest.
Keep your eyes open as you explore. If you’re lucky, you may spot hornbills, macaques, monitor lizards, butterflies and other interesting creatures. Gibbons and other elusive mammals also inhabit the forest, although sightings depend on the season and a little luck.
As you venture deeper into the rainforest, make your way towards a waterfall, where your jungle campsite will be located. In the afternoon, enjoy time to relax and take a refreshing swim in the natural pool beneath the waterfall, weather and water conditions permitting.
As evening approaches, experience the traditional art of cooking with bamboo. Under the guidance of your local experts, learn how to prepare your dinner using natural bamboo cooking techniques, a resourceful method traditionally used in forest environments. Enjoy your freshly prepared meal in the heart of the rainforest, adding a culinary experience to your wilderness adventure.
After dinner, your guide will take you for a night safari to spot wildlife, then settle in for the night at your campsite beside the waterfall.

Day 2
Morning Swim and Return Trek
Wake up to the sounds of the rainforest and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the jungle in the early morning, when birds become active and the forest begins to awaken.
After breakfast at the campsite, take the opportunity to enjoy another refreshing swim beneath the waterfall, weather and water conditions permitting. The peaceful morning setting offers a final moment to appreciate your surroundings before leaving the campsite.
Once ready, pack up and continue exploring the rainforest with your guide as you make your way back along the jungle trails. Keep an eye out for birds, macaques and other wildlife, while learning more about the plants and ecosystems.
After completing the return trek, transfer back to Khao Sok Paradise Resort, bringing your overnight jungle adventure to an end.
