Back in the kitchen, our chef will guide you through the preparation of four traditional Thai dishes of your choice, sharing local techniques, culinary secrets and the stories behind each dish.

Once your cooking is complete, sit back and savour the fruits of your labour with a freshly prepared Thai lunch featuring the dishes you have created yourself.
